Privacy Policy
Bedrock Remote Connect is a simple relay: it lets you view your AM100/i10's readings and pull files off it from a browser or app, wherever you are. This page explains, in plain terms, the little data that involves.
What we store
- Your account: an email address, password and optional username (or, if you sign in with Google, the name and email Google gives us).
- Your AM100/i10's device ID, linked to your account, so the app knows which meter belongs to you.
What passes through, but is not stored
When you view live meter readings or transfer a file from the AM100/i10, that data travels through our server to reach your browser or app; the same way a phone call passes through an exchange. We do not save a copy, log its contents, or use it for anything else. Once the session ends, it's gone.
This connection is not currently end-to-end encrypted, so technically the data is readable in transit on our server, briefly, in order to be relayed.
Hosting
We keep routine infrastructure backups (on the order of about a week) as part of keeping the service running.
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the data linked to your account at any time, including by deleting your account yourself in the app.
